Nigel Wilson is Managing Director of the Marketing Services, Consumer Insight and Targeting business in the UK, with operations in London, Nottingham and Edinburgh.

Nigel joined Experian in 1996 and has been involved in the target marketing industry for more than 20 years. In this time he has become one of the UK’s leading experts in defining, understanding and reaching target audiences for brands.
The Consumer Insight & Targeting Business Unit is responsible for customer segmentation and insight, customer acquisition services, online insights and the analysis of local market potential for brands, all based around Mosaic and the deep insight Experian has on consumer spend, online behaviour and demographics. Nigel has been Managing Director of this business unit since March 2008.
Nigel is an active member of and Experian’s representative in the Invest in Nottingham Club, a grouping of business and public sector representatives, who have come together to promote inward investment into Nottingham. Nigel is also Experian’s representative on the Regional Council for the Confederation of British Industry.
Prior work experience
Prior to this role in Experian, Nigel was Sales Director, responsible for sales revenues and sales disciplines and has undertaken a number of sales and consultant roles whilst at Experian, with a particular specialism in retail. Prior to working for Experian, Nigel worked for a key UK competitor – CACI, in a range of sales roles.
