The Nottingham City Council team of the D2N2 Growth Hub, sitting within Economic Development, is seeking to recruit an experienced, target driven, team player for an Account Manager position on a 22 hour per week, Fixed Term basis until March 2021.

The role will lead on the project management and delivery of support to the B Global Business Network aimed at Businesses of African Heritage. This role will be critical in supporting Nottingham’s Growth Plan and helping businesses to invest in the city and its people.

The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting Nottingham City based Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) from Nottingham’s African Heritage, BAME and diverse communities. By identifying SMEs who are already experiencing growth or who have growth potential, and proactively working with these businesses to ensure that they are accessing all available support in overcoming barriers to growth and in reaching their full growth potential.

This will reduce the barriers for Nottingham’s African Heritage and diverse communities accessing support.
