Join us for an uplifting and calming morning gathering that focuses on yoga, breathwork, sound and relaxation.

The Yoga Sound Movement series travels upwards through the seven chakras using breathwork, simple movement, and body postures that can take place standing, seated or lying down, allowing relaxation and meditation. Each of the seven chakras is associated with a seed sound – simple chants that are easy to pronounce and bring a sense of calm and presence. In these sessions, you can choose to listen or join in, inviting gentle vibrations into the group. Each session can be adapted for different levels of experience and is open to anyone aged 17 and above. No experience of yoga is necessary.

This session explores the centre of all the chakras, the Heart chakra that enables us to focus on self-compassion and creates a deeper connection with our sense of self. By providing a more kind-hearted approach to life it allows meaningful connections with others.

Sound for Heart chakra - YAM (pronounced as yum).

Location: In the chest just above the heart.

£10 per session, or three sessions for £25. Tickets are available for purchase online. Book for the three sessions.

If you have a yoga mat, please bring one along. Seating, spare mats and hearing loops are available. The series will be made available to participants through short video sequences for home learning.
