A practical operational audit tool for your business
What business structure do you use?
What are the options and what are the pro’s and con’s of each?
The Operational Bible – what’s that?
A series of four evening workshops aimed at Creative and Digital: entrepreneurs and post year one start-ups; sole traders, partnerships and limited companies with less than 20 employees. It's for those who are looking to grow their business and want firm foundations in place to allow that growth to be solid and sustainable.
Qualifying as a solicitor in 1992, Heather Stanford-Gould spent the next 20 years working in private practice, local government and legal recruitment. Initially working in general litigation, she then specialised in commercial dispute resolution. Heather understands how to resolve issues around commercial property, employment, contracts for goods and services and disputes between directors and shareholders; and a whole lot more besides. Having also run a law firm as Managing Partner and been Operations & Business Manager within an SME, this combined experience means Heather has first-hand knowledge of the various demands and pressures of running a business.
Registration from 5.45pm with the course starting at 6pm. We aim to finish at 9pm. Light refreshments will be provided. The course will take place at THiNK, Cobden Chambers.
