2nd April 2019
09:30 - 12:30 BST
A Big House event, part-funded by Creative Quarter & delivered by Mark Jarvis.
WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Building a referral marketing, or relationship based marketing system is very much like building a house. It’s based on a strong foundation, and is composed of several elements that support the overlying structure of the roof.
Remove a component and the system becomes week, if you remove several components the house will collapse.
The same is true of a relationship based marketing system, remove key elements of relationship building and the marketing system collapses. In this session, we will explore which elements we should build first and why trying to fill your house before building it, rarely works. We will discuss the importance of:
- Vision
- Mission
- Referral sources
- Target market
- Emotional connection
If you see referrals as a key factor in the growth of your business, then this workshop is for you.
WHO IS IT FOR?
